Shipping and terms

We take great care in packaging our items and send out once a week using Registered (where required) Australia Post. We ship worldwide.

We estimate our prices using an online guide and include a small packaging fee for boxes, bubblewrap etc.

We offer a refund if you are unhappy with the item, but that does not include a refund for the postage costs. Also if the item is broken in transit it will be dealt with via complaint with Australia Post. (Rest assured this has only happened once in the past 2.5 years). We pack breakables very very good.
